It's cheaper to get the whole set rather than the individual games even on sale individually.

The eshop has also started doing bundles. So for instance they will sell both Sam and Max games together. And on sale its cheaper than buying both individually on sale.

Quite a few bundles were paired up and more to come. Ass Creed has a set of all games.

There's the Sherlock Holmes games. But also publishers have started selling completely different games in pairs. Like an adventure pack etc.

They don't always work out as cheaper though.

Best to just wishlist anything you're interested in and just scroll down your list twice a week.

I nabbed Saints Row 3,cause I got 4 for a pittance. Suprisingly it has gyro aiming.

Games on sale also vary on the discount. The Messenger is sometimes £15 but if you wait it drops to £7.

Resident evils games do that too.

Pilotwings 64 still holds up nicely and looks great in HD. I wish Nintendo could keep their N64 controllers in stock long enough for me to get one.

Man, Monoliths oft always add some butt breaking multi stage quest in their Xeno games.

And they don't have location indicators.

Given the size of the world its near impossible to do without checking a guide.

Finally got all 7 master hammer nopons. Which had side quests to unlock first, unlisted requirements you'd never figure out.

Be on the look out for Nopons with hammers on their backs and write down the locations guys.

Even then you'll miss a couple or more.

I'm not sure I'm sold on Gotham Knights quite yet. Id really like a direct continuation of the Arkham series which is not what this is. It also looks like a straight up brawler and no detective work as far as I can see.

This weekend I started a new playthough of Rise of the Tomb Raider. I originally played it on PC on medium graphics settings at 30 fps. Playing the PS4 version on PS5 with high settings at a locked 60 is really great. I also skipped most ot the optional stuff originally, so I'm going through each area much more carefully now.

I'm also still playing Bioshock Infinite and Pilotwings 64. I especially love the jetpack missions. This is likely why I love Super Mario Sunshine so much.

I’ve solely been focused on Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Very much enjoying the game and exploring its massive environments. Music in the game is very good but just a bit shy of Xenoblade Chronicles’ music. That game’s soundtrack was god tier.

Boy, trouble just seems to be following Platinum Games around for the past while now. Very unfortunate turn of events concerning Helena Taylor.

I saw the video last night. I feel like £4000 for doing some voice acting is a pretty sweet deal. Don't voice actors usually do a variety of work over the year?

I don't know what voice actors are paid but asking people to boycott the game because she rejected their offer is silly.

That $4,000 was in all likelihood for about 2 to 3 days of work and likely puts her at about $250 an hour, which is the higher end for voice actors. That said, she was still getting shafted for the payout, given that this is the third game in the series, and she's done the character in a couple other games as well. Usually when you've brought an actor back this many times, there's some sort of courtesy fee that would bring them close to 10 or $20,000 for that amount of work.

So either Nintendo or Platinum (or Sega??) cheaped out, or she asked for so much money that they decided not to even bother negotiating with her. I'm getting the role went to a well-known, in demand voice actress who probably would have required a higher fee, I suspect the latter. Anyway, expecting anyone to boycott the game because she's not doing the voice is pretty ridiculous.
