OCTOPATH TRAVELER 0 REVIEWS
Noisypixel (100/100)
Regardless of its genre transformation, Octopath Traveler 0 is hands-down one of the best RPGs ever made. Its storytelling, characterizations, soundtrack, and densely interconnected gameplay loop are masterclass, even if it takes more than a little while for everything to click. Honestly, Square's HD-2D output has been exceptional, and I'm eager to see where these efforts continue to grow.
CGMagazine (8/10)
Octopath Traveller 0 masterfully transforms the once mobile game into a fully fleshed JRPG romp that feels as feature-rich and engaging as the prior console and PC releases.
Destructoid (85/100)
We travel back to the continent of Orsterra in Octopath Traveler 0, but the franchise doesn't just return to its old ways and slap a new number on it. 0 is full of new features, companions, and collectibles to find, making for a gameplay experience that truly pushes the series in a new and exciting direction—and it's all done against a gorgeous backdrop that will have you hooked for hours to come.
Gamespot (8/10)
This is how it feels to play Octopath Traveler 0: a seemingly endless pattern of ever-deeper combat challenges and strategic wrinkles, slowly revealing themselves to you over and over through dozens of hours. I've seen credits, in a sense, but there's still so much more to do and explore. It feels like a game that could go on forever. I just might let it.
You downloaded it?
I'm waiting on slow ass delivery.
How's Miles Mackenzie.
He is not as annoying as I thought he would be. That first boss in Fury Green was freaking good.
Are you playing at 120fps?
