I wrapped up Rayman Legends and played a bit of NiGHTS Into Dreams, mainly to stream the Christmas level. And I just started a weird AF game called Little Misfortune, which is some kind of twisted dark humor depressing adventure game. That'll be the nighttime streaming game for some time.
And I still need to start Final Fantasy 16 one of these days.
Always wanted to try Little Misfortune but it never goes below £5.30
I managed to squeeze in a couple of games of Tetris 99. Go me!
I had wanted to play some MKWorld, but for some reason our internet hasn't been all that great for about a week now and I had suffered some disconnects, which are severely punished in MKW so I just gave up.

I think you get screwed by the Nintendo tax. I picked it up because it was on sale for only $6 on PSN. I figured at that price, it was worth the risk. And wow, this is not a comfortable game to play.
Rob, on what console did you play NiGHTs on? PS5? Its not even on the Switch.
PS3. Sega made the remaster available for PS3 and Xbox 360. I don't think it ever was updated for any other systems since then. It's one of the reasons I'll never box up the PS3. There's still a handful of exclusives then I'm not going to be able to play anywhere else.
It was on Steam, but it was delisted along with a couple other older Sega games about a year ago. There was a rumor that Sega was going to start a streaming service, and those delisted games were looked at as proof of it, but I don't think I've heard anything else about that streaming service since the original word got leaked back in spring.
I have NiGHTs on PS3 and Steam. They should re-release it on Switch along with the Wii sequel.
I don't know about re-releasing Journey Into Dreams, without making some big changes to it. The music's great. The regular levels are great. But they threw so much extra crap into that game and paired it with some of the worst voice acting of the generation. I'm okay just pretending that it never happened.

Yeah, the voice acting was awful. They should remove it altogether; text dialogue would be better.
Journey wasn't nearly as good as the original, but I still had a lot of fun with it. That being said, I haven't played it over 15 years, so I don't know if it still holds up or not. I'd still rather have a remaster than not, though.

Yeah, I need to play Christmas NiGHTs again this year. Maybe on Christmas Eve.

Edit: I hope they catch the POS that murdered him and his wife.

That sucks. R.I.P. Rob Reiner and his wife.

What's it like?
