it's about 100 grams heavier, or 20% heavier than Switch2.

for comparision, the Deck OLED is about twice as heavy as the Switch OLED

That's about the weight of the external battery I use.

It is eye opening when you feel the weight. You get, not a lot more time playing with something that feels a bit too heavy to play for extended periods.

Started to think that using a heavy high capacity battery attached via longer USB c cable is better.

Then I hate being tethered to it and if you plug in wired headphones you're physically tied down.

Meh.

Superman was fun to watch. The 1978 version will probably always be my favorite but this one is up there.

I was wondering if it was good. Heard that early leaked review.

Not a huge Guardians of the Galaxy fan.

Game Under Podcast EP 174:

The Wii was the last home console that I was truly excited for. Like the DS, it brought something new table, which didn't always work well, but was a lot of fun to experience nonetheless.

Am looking forward to seeing the new Superman movie. Might go to theatres. Might just wait for blu-ray. Krypto for the win!

Loved the Guardians of the Galaxy movies.

On Topic of the GUpodcast, how can you slam Clair Obscur 33 for having an undercooked ending and the finish your podcast like that?  I thought my stream had dropped. If I sit through the whole damn thing, I'd at least expect to be thanked for listening!

Split Fiction. My god, this game has some of the coolest gameplay I have seen maybe ever. My son and I just had a battle against a dragon that was incredibly epic. Then we had some morphball gameplay that would make Retro jealous. Just continous, fantastic gameplay scenarios.

My dog has been admitted to the hospital again this morning. She is suffering from pancreatitis. It doesn't appear to be related to the skunk.

She was fine until Thursday morning when she suddenly stopped drinking and eating and collapsed on the stairs. She was admitted to the hospital later that afternoon and released Friday afternoon. Now she's back there for possibly another 36 hours. I've never seen her so sick. She was doing well last night but was very sick when we woke up this morning. Her doctors seem confident she will recover. She's always had stomach gas issues, and has had a few bouts of gastritis over the years, but this is so much worse.

Last weekend, we were hiking and enjoying the parks. How quickly life can change.

I'm sorry to hear that dude. Dogs are masters of not letting you know they're sick right up until they cannot hide it any longer. I hope she gets well soon.

So sorry to hear that Raven.

I know from experience when pets get sick it happens suddenly and escalates more than you ever expected. It's heartbreaking.

Is there any point to the genitals option in the Cyberpunk character creator?

As far as I can tell there's no display of genitals in the rest of the game and only very brief nipple action seen.

Even if you strip off your bottoms, in game a pair of underpants appears on top of you.

Normally I'd have no complaints, but why have a genitals option and customisation if its never used?

Also the choice of skanks in jig jig street are really under par.

I (like most) was unable to secure a pre-order -- rather I think the details of it were I was able ro pre-order on Amazon or Wal*Mart and then they did not come through.  So my excitement was dulled by not gettign my hnds on it until months after launch.

My apologies for that it was Foolz idea and the concept of having listeners having to look down at their phones or figure out if the stream died appealed to my punk sensibiities enough that I agreed.  Thank you for listening to Episode 174 of the Game Under Podcast.  I'll make it up to you in the next episode.
