While the title hasn’t been announced, can you go into what players should expect from Project M, the Nintendo platform exclusive horror title from Bloober?
Piotr Babieno: "You have no idea how hard it is for me not to reveal what Project M truly is—but for now, it’s still too early to talk about it. We’re confident that we’ll be able to share the first details very soon.
"What I can say is this: fans of Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Limbo, and Eternal Darkness will immediately feel at home. That said, Project M introduces a bold twist—one that no horror game has ever explored before. This is a vision that could only exist on Nintendo hardware."
Rockstar examined GTA with Tokyo as a setting, project was later discarded
12/23/25 -
Rockstar Games has considered a Grand Theft Auto game set in Tokyo in the past. This was confirmed by Obbe Vermeij, former technical director at Rockstar North, who was involved in GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas.
Internal discussions had planned to have the game developed by a Japanese studio, which would implement a GTA: Tokyo based on the existing code. In addition to Tokyo, Rio de Janeiro, Moscow and Istanbul were also up for discussion. In the end, Rockstar rejected the project.
Vermeij explained that with the growing economic scope, the series has focused heavily on well-known US locations. With billions invested, the willingness to rely on proven concepts is increasing. In his view, the USA is the cultural center of the Western world, whose cities are familiar worldwide. He therefore considers a move to another continent to be hardly realistic today. Vermeij also considers possible expansions of GTA 6 in the direction of the Caribbean or South America to be unlikely, as the additional development effort hardly seems justified from an economic point of view
Halo Studios is reportedly planning remakes of all campaigns from the original Halo trilogy
12/19/25 - Halo Studios is reportedly preparing remakes of all campaigns in the original Halo trilogy.
According to the well-known insider and content creator Rebs Gaming, the studio is also planning remakes of Halo 2 and Halo 3, while Halo: Campaign Evolved (PS5, Xbox Series, PC) - a remake of Halo: Combat Evolved (Xbox, 2001) - is officially already in the works.
The basis is statements from several sources, public hints and conversations with a former developer of Halo Studios, who is subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). The indications already intensified at the end of October, when another insider had hinted that Halo 2 and Halo 3 could also be revised.
Another indication is a personnel change from April 2024: Lead Game Designer Dan Niatti referred to a well-known event from Halo 2 in his job description, which in retrospect is interpreted as a possible clue. An official confirmation has not yet been received.
I haven't partaken in any Christmas sales so far, although I am eyeballing Alan Wake 2. I'm a little burnt out on gaming at the moment, but my family exchanged presents last night, and I didn't get any games to show for it so I feel like I need at least one thing to play.
I did get a new capture card for my son though, and that's pretty nice. The one I've been streaming with over the past year is a pretty cheap card, and I really only got that. Just see if it would be something I even wanted to do in the first place. So this should make for a smoother experience.
Samus loses her Varia suit and has to escape from a monster filled planet using only her wits and whatever she can build to escape. Think raft, makeshift axe. Jar of glow worms for a torch.
Merry Christmas to all!
Mums okay. Just needs rest and a mountain load of medication.
I'm thinking Tales of the Neon sea and Kingdom Come Deliverance.
That Cyberpunk sale price was an error but CD Projekt Red are honouring all purchases made at the error price.
