To keep with Sunday tradition, I've been mainly playing Neo: The World Ends With You (this sequel is considerably longer than the original). However I've also played a few rounds of Sonic Adventure 2 on my Retroid. The game plays perfectly, but unfortunately I play it less so. I can't tell if it's because the game is difficult to play in handheld mode or if I'm just not terribly good at it. I suspect it's a bit of column A and column b.

I’ve been playing Death Stranding: Director. What a really neat and intriguing game. I’m enjoying it very much. Also played some of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Some dumb fun to be had, probably moreso with a group of people you know playing together. I tried it out but that’s probably all I’m going to do with it. Way too many other games I’d rather play.

No. I was considering massage therapy. My BiL swears by the chiropractor, but I'd like to get my doctors opinion first.

I don't know if it would work for your type of pain. I couldn't live without acupressure. It really un knots the tightening feeling in my back and neck.

Sometimes if some other part of my body hurts like feet or legs you can position yourself on it to dig out the pain.

First properly hot week of the year here, with temperatures around 28°C.  I just had to put my passively cooled Surface Pro in the fridge for about 5 minutes as it crashed and notified me it was running too hot.

Sad news about Charles Martinet not voicing Mario anymore. I hope it was his decision. Sad

My son noticed that Mario's voice sounded different in the Wonder trailer. I wonder who the new voice actor is?

Better prepare and place all your Surface Pro's in the fridge in advance.

Well he is 67 years old, he's got to stop sometime.  I'm just happy that his replacement is sounding better than whoever did that attrocious WarioWare's Wario.

Yeah, thankfully my car insurance covered all of it, minus my $250 deductable.

$250 on a $7000 repair, nice. Sucks that it happened, though.

My excess is $650, because I'm on my Ps; yet the car is only worth $3000 (according to the insurer, in the current market it's about double that, but they go by redbook bullshit). LOL

Coincidentally, someone just tried to steal it, and I suspect failed because it's a manual, as there shouldn't have been any difficulties in them hotwiring it, and it always starts every time!

Now I just have to hope the repairs to the damage they've done comes in under $3000, and that the police get around to doing their forensic investigation so things can get moving.

Yeah, he's had a 25-year run as mario. It's pretty rare to find any voice actor who locks down a character for that length of time. I think only Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy as the joker and Batman have hit that Mark in recent decades.

At any rate, he had a damn good run. He probably never had to recite more than about 50 words as Mario and turn that into a level of recognition where he could make money on the convention circuit and even got a role in the movie. At some point a younger voice actor was going to be given the job, so a transition was always inevitable. But good on him for making the most out of it.

Plot twist, I went to the doctor and found out I have shingles, the reason for my pain.

Sorry to hear, Foolz. I'm glad they didn't take it. Car thefts have been increasing in my city lately too.
