Been meaning to post for days...

So sorry to hear about your grandma, Vader. You've done so much for so long, take some time, grieve, relax and be selfish for a while. Sometimes games come along just at the right time to help us escape and break away from reality when we need to the most. Hope you're enjoying Sonic and GoW right now. There's no shame in getting back to the things you love after you've had a rough patch.

I got the Atari 50th collection. I think I counted 101-103 games... Love the movies and the historical pieces the game highlights!

If any one is looking for a genuinely funny and awesomely F-U-N action game, check out Nobody Saves the World! From the makers of Guacamelee; it looks like it could be a Zelda game, but it's more action and the creative use of character transformations and mixing of skills. One of the most pleasant surprises in a long, long time!!

140 hours? Sounds like you are going for the good ending.

I put it on Hard, for one thing. The events that are happening are good-ish, but if I'm on the "good" path it was totally unintentional!

Okay that's great to hear, but could you talk more about the game instead?

Um, sure:

I laid my device down on a table and gently put my rigid card in the hole in the rear. When it felt like it couldn't go any further, I pushed a little harder and that's when everything just clicked. What followed next were 140 hours of the most intense pain and pleasure I've ever experienced in my entire gayming life! Just going in and out of that whole experience again and again was unlike anything I've felt before! As it got more and more intense, I found myself screaming to the high heavens: I'M COMING FOR YOU!!

That's good. How you feeling?

Think I'm over the worst of it now; steadily improving. But the cough is still a pain. Overall not as bad as the first one, though.

After Foolz is recovered, I would like to propose that we all agree not to get sick for at least 3 months.

I've been taking part in this weekend's splatfest. On the last day there's a chance of playing in a 3-way fight, with the leading team (yay team water!) playing as a 4 person squad and the trailing teams playing as 3 seperate teams of 2 each.
In the center of the map a special weapon will appear that covers most of the map in ink if you manage to launch it.

I was googling how to do this, but couldn't find a clear description or video.  Stumbled up a reddit where it was confirmed that the 4 person team can not use it.  Boo. Hrm

I beat Xenoblade Chronicles 3 yesterday. Excellent game but that last boss kind of cheesed me off. I actually died 3 times to him and it was pretty annoying to redo the fight each time. Wasn’t sure what I wanted to play next so I started playing around with Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition on the PS5 and am kind of digging playing the game again right now.
