This weekend I wasn't really sure what I wanted to play. I put in a good bit of time on Just Cause 4, but I'm not really sure that I want to continue. With the gameplay it should be guaranteed fun but its often not. The controls are just clunky, nothing really feels that intuitive. The missions are just lame now, same old, same old, with no progress being made. A mission is blow up these five breakers, now destroy these five computers with wave after wave of enemies. Its like a game you play if you have fiteen or thirty minutes to kill. I dont know, it started off so strongly. Maybe I'll give it another hour and see if I make any progress. If not I'm dropping it.
I also started a game of Ryse Son of Rome. It has started off promising so we shall see. I really need to start Wolfenstein 2 because the other two games on Game Pass were amazing.
This weekend I finished Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade and wowza, such a fantastic game. SquareEnix really put their all into it and it definitely shows. Started playing the Yuffie side story, Intermission.
Intergrade was a great game. I wonder how long we will have to wait for a follow up?
I've been playing Auto-Chess, 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim(job) and Shin Megami Tensei V (on hard - because if you're gonna beat Mara, it's best to do it when it's hard!)
I've been playing Dirt 5, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Wave Race Blue Storm and Rush 2049 this weekend.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is scheduled for Q4 of next year but I wouldn’t be surprised to see it delayed until 2024. I can’t wait to see how they do this next part of the game now that we are out of Midgar.
Will there be three games in all?
I think they said that it would be a trilogy so yeah probably will be three games over all.
Played about 20 minutes of Suzerain and 5 mins of Luigi's Mansion.
... and got in another 4 minutes of Suzerain before the family decreed my relaxation time for the day had expired.
Baby steps, man.
That Yuffie dlc for Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade was great. Yuffie is a whole lot of fun to play. It’s ending brought a tear to my eye.
Damnit. Now I want that.
It's only a faze. Years from now those kids will have left the nest and we'll all have all the free time in the world!
Untill they dump their offspring on us 5 years later for free daycare.
Same feeling as before. Dodgy voice acting, light hearted atmosphere, really fun.
Visuals a bit all over the place at the moment. If it weren't for Mclassic I don't think playing on a 4ktv would be acceptable.
Portable mode has improved a touch but still fairly horrible.
Love how the game feels more like a funny Anime than all doom and gloom.
I am keeping a notebook with important stuff so I don't have to restart again.
That's like asking if water is wet or if Archie's going to get it.
Indeed. Wait, what?
