I'd say the virus is actually helping gaming. It's basically the only interactive thing left to do. We'll, that doesn't require going outside at least. Nyaa

I finally got fed up enough with Xbox achievements that I dove into the settings to turn them off. Feels so good.

More often than not when an achievement pops up it spoils whatever but of story you just unlocked. Good riddens, I hope to never have to see them again.

Yep, this is Fallout in space and with less glitches.

Okay, then yes that was dumb for these two games to come out at the same time with a similar name!

Still playing Death and Taxes and Mercenaries. Both of which I am enjoying the more I play them.

I foresee a bright future for you.  Bright as in, you'll be living outdoors in a cardboard box.

Eck, MS better streamline their download proces before next gen launches. I'm sick of these near full game size updates. My fiber connection won't be able to cope if they get any bigger.

[eurogamer.net]Nook Miles Tickets have become a bizarre trading currency

There's a comment in this article that is as interesting as it is disturbing.

Well there's a thing. All along some of us have been saying in game consumables only exist because consumers want them. Here we have gamers creating that world for themselves, as they have done with other MMOs in the past. As a developer/publisher, do you shun this behaviour officially and have it all operated unofficially through unsupervised trading places? Or do you embrace this side of gaming that some gamers clearly want, provide a structured marketplace where people can't be ripped off, and profit from it? And if the latter, as a business would you not push that economy as hard as you can?

Seems in-game consumables are an inevitability as they are, at the end of the day, the same free-market economics that the rest of society is founded upon, that exists from human interactions and trade.

So basically we gamers are the only ones to blame for all these shady loot box practices and when they're not included in the game, we just create them ourselves.

Sup's face after I told him this was my murder room...

Even fancy boys need to use the loo. Travo waited patiently as I did!

Guess which cowboy is me and which is Travo!  Nyaa
