Fun fact about Michael Madsen, he did a great impression of Nick Nolte. I can't seem to find any great examples on YouTube, but I once heard him in an interview and he told this whole story about how Nick nolte gave him a kimono, and did it in Nick's voice. It was a riot.
I've been playing Advance Wars 2 on Switch. There are some difficulty spikes where you've got these 'boss missions' where you need to take out a big factory. The rest of the missions are pretty easy, where you're clearly being set up for succes. The models for the different commanders are generally great too, where I'm trying to make out if it's animated 2D art, or high quality 3D models. Some seem to be the former, while some show tells of the latter in how they're animated. As for the limited voice acting, it's like they have 3 actors tops do all the voices, which does come off as pretty cheap. I'm playing the localized version, since you still can't set langauge settings per account, only per system, so perhaps the situation is different in the English dub.
Being a border city we’ve had one “bang, bang” night on the 1st and get another tonight.
We've been hearing neighborhood fireworks every evening for the last two weeks. Tonight will be the worst of it by far. And it'll likely continue all weekend too to a lesser degree.
I only like professional fireworks but haven't seen any since I got my dog in 2017.
I broke out the mouse wrist strap thing that came with the console to try mouse mode again.
Didn't realise using it while playing with split joycon makes the controllers more comfortable so you don't get the sharp edge of the magnetic rail rubbing on your hand.
R.I.P. Michael Madsen. Best remember him from Resevoir Dogs as Mr. Blonde. 67 years old.
RIP. Damn, I just watched ReservoirDogs a couple weeks ago.
Yeah, watched it not that long ago myself as well.
RIP. I really enjoyed him as Budd in Kill Bill.
RIP Michael Madsen. He wasn't even that old...
In more joyfull news, let me be the first to wish our 'Murican Members a big, beautifull 4th of July.

Poor pets.

Be safe out there. We had a fifteen year in our town that blew his hand off with a firework earlier this week.
"Switch 2 dock DOES support VRR for TV play"
It's been a month since release and people still don't fully know what features the hardware has yet? Only Nintendo.
I've had mycar for nearly 4 years and I'm still not sure how the fog lights work.
Very curious what secrets might lie in the Switch 2 dock. Reminds me of the port at the bottom of the original NES.
You never had to blow on the cartridges. The console does it itself.
