Hey guys found a cool mouse mode experience on switch 2 if you were curious.
On the eshop a mouse cursor appeared because for a second I covered the mouse sensor with my fingertip.
Then I just faced it down the way Metroid Prime 4 engaged mouse mode and it worked.
Since the eshop doesn't have gyro controls, mouse mode made it easier to use it like an actual website and you still have sticks and buttons to use too. So the stick becomes a scroll wheel and you can use the ZR as your mouse click button.
Also I can confirm that with a joycon grip, not a mouse grip, it bulks up the joycon enough to feasibly use comfortably as an actual mouse.
I hope all FPS and point and click adventure games have this as a bare minimum.
There are lots of point and click adventure games that don't have gyro and some Fps that don't have gyro on switch.
Since most of these games have PC versions they should already have mouse controls that should be easy to transfer over to switch 2.
Why is the eshop such crap? I can't even find demos to play. I type in "demo" and nothing. When I booted up the Switch 2 this morning there was an advertisement for free games to play and I assumed they would be in the eshop. Theres no indication of where to find them. I could have clicked on the banner but I guess I just assumed Nintendo would have made it easy to find on their eshop.
Much easier and faster to search (and buy) on their website. That's what I do with PSN, Xbox and the eShop. Search via console sucks monkey butt most of the time.

What if I like monkey butt? Who are you to judge me?
I’ve been playing Death Stranding 2 this weekend. Love the whole shared world aspect of these games. Building and repairing various structures that can help both you and other players feels good. So what have you porters been playing?

Go to search, scroll down to filtered search, check demo box.

No judgement at all. To each their own, say I.

I've been playing between 36 to 72 rounds of golf this weekend on EA PGA Tour 23. I also spend a bit of time with Dirt Rally 2.0 and Gran Turismo 7.
