Awesome! My External USB HDD enclosure I ordered from Newegg finally came in today, and it works perfectly! And it only cost me $10.98 (shipping included) too.

As some of you might remember, my old laptop just up and died on me last August (something wrong with the motherboard, I believe). Well, it was loooong out of warranty, and I couldn't get it fixed, so I bought a new laptop to replace it. Unfortuantely, I had a few files on there that I hadn't backed up onto CDR yet (nothing too important but I wanted them back nontheless). 

Wednesday, I went to Newegg to buy a new external HDD as a secondary backup, but this empy HDD enclosure caught my eye instead. Well, I took a chance, and my old laptop's HDD works flawlessly with this enclosure. Not only was I able to retrieve my lost files, but I gained a 34.2GB secondary HDD drive in the process. Hell, yes! Tech noob won this round!

What happens if you want to repair it now? Or if you want to update the firmware?

 If you remove your SD card, the Wii will boot up normally. And update the firmware when you know for sure if it does not brick your system. The twilight hack was beaten, but they have a new hack, BootMii. Which is much more difficult to brick.

 Hey, that's actually pretty cool.

Does this Homebrew channel allow you copy saves from the Wii that are normally locked? For instance, Mario Kart Wii, Animal Crossing, SSBB won't allow you to back up their save files to an SD card.

 You can back up your whole Wii memory all 512 MB of it. You can do lot's of things, like playing DVD's, downloading homebrew games, playing games from a harddrive, etc. I will make a thread soon, it's very easy to do!

They turned Max Payne into a bald hobo and somehow he ended up in RE5.

Seriously it does not look like max payne at all. My one concern is that max payne's bullet time gimmick is really old now and cant mask a shallow game design anymore. They will have to do a lot to mix it up. Going from dark comic book noir to the baking hot rio isn't perhaps the choice I would have expected.
