Half the direct was spoiling everything about games that are coming out in a week. What is the point of that?
Killzone reviews not as bad as it seems, mosty say campaign sucks but multiplayer is phenomenal. So it should be alright.
Knack has always looked like trash.
I checked some images etc for it. Looks like a PS1 platformer like Crash and Spyro etc except a 1000 times sharped but not near as much fun.
GG i'm not looking at that image you just posted - I'm presuming it's Mario ... or Pikmin. Either way. Stop spoilering!! I'm glad I didn't watch direct. Sounds like a nice bundle of improvements (joint 3DS and U eshop wallet ... at long f-ing last), but I don't want to watch the whole of Zelda and Mario (or Pikmin) before I get to play them for myself.

I think I played enough to write my review today,
Yup. I dont see why I will be suffering, there is a ton of free stuff to play, Infamous is coming and I still have all my other consoles and games to play. PS4 is my next gen system, no reason at all to wait to pick it up, a price drop is not coming for years.
After playing AC3, 4s' image quality looks miles better on U, here are some direct grabs. For comparison take a look at some of my grabs in the Miiverse thread.
I loved the fact that they are now combining the balance between Wii U and 3DS since that is the main reason I never put funds on the Wii U because I always wanted 3DS titles more and I didn't want to purchase more eShop prepaid cards do have funds on both systems.
I also do like Miiverse on 3DS.
I just hope the update after that update they make 3DS VC titles playable on Wii U and Wii U VC titles playable on 3DS.
Edit* On Youtube I noticed some videos have 3D playback option so I think 3DS will be able to watch in 3D.

It's a new Pikmin stage in their 3rd bundle of DLC, all new levels. I wont tell you what it is but for people who remember Banjo Kazooie it might strike a chord in theme.

Well for people who know about the game but are not sold? Or people like Bugs for instance who only heard about Knack today despite info being swirled around for months/year. There are some people who didn't know WW was on Wii U, on GAF for instance and then these people who hadn't bought a console since GC went out and bought a U.
And those are the people who dont watch Directs. The only people watching this stuff are hardcore nintendo fans.

It's the end of the year, they basically only have one new exclusive first party game to show on each system. We already know what's on the slate for 2014:
What are they going to do? They know they are going to be overshadowed by two hardware launches so they do all they can, focus consumers attention on the big two titles they have for the end of the year. If things go to form considering this year we will get an early Feb N.Direct with more reveals followed by summer E3 stuff.
I'm definitely going to get that after Leo and Vader enthusiasm and Zelda comparisons. I've even been tempted to bite at full price because I sort of worry it will disapper (I think U games will be like gamecube games in that respect - they may disappear before they get cheap). And the same regarding Rayman Legends. I'd like to have both by (or not long after) Christmas.

I think Vader just hated the fact that they showed too much of Zelda and Mario, not that they didn't show other stuff. I would have felt the same had I watched it. The announcements and the updates/developments are good and welcome.
