PALGN review Epic Mickey 6.5
A wonderful love letter to Disney art and memorabilia, but a disappointing gameplay debut from Junction Point, set back by unpolished and unrefined design.

I'm dumb, I wasn't paying attention (now or when I played it) and thought the click sound was taking off a grenade's pin and throwing it to you... But he just emptied your pistol and threw it to you... A grenade would have been more fun really. I didn't use the attachments, I went mostly stealth wherever possible.
The optimist proclaims we live in the best of all possible worlds
while the pessimist fears this is true.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The grenade launcher was fun but they only gave you 2 or at max, 3 grenades to fire and no additional pick ups. You sometimes need them on 007 mode.
T-minus 2 hours, 4 minutes, and 16 seconds until turkey.
Peeling potatoes sucks, BTW.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone even if you dont celebrate it. Turkey, yum.
Epic Mickey
Yeah Happy Thanksgiving, d00ds. May your butts grow thicker tonight.
And wtf at Epic Mickey. Lol.
Welcome to normal gaming Leo, shooters, big budget action games, and now the most popular racing game in the world. Soon you will be playing Madden.
Only if you're my Wide Receiver!
I heard Dvader's more comfortable playing as a tight end.
Suits me, either way!
Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!
GIVE ME A HUG!
Don't really have plans today, so it's gonna be Red Dead, Gran Turismo and DKCR all day!
Wait a second. Just got out of the shower. Let me get rid of this towel...
N00D Man Hug!
...from behind!
Oh shit. I need to track down a hobo copy of Bayonetta. I had postponed it because my 360 was out of commission. I wouldn't want to touch that PS3 version even with
Leo's wanga ten foot pole.Hey! Leggo!
N00d hug!
That 8 from IGN was a "gentleman's C" when you read the review. It sounded like he didn't want to tell Emperor Spector he was weraing no clothes.
Agnates first-hand accounts reinforced the same ciriticisms that are being stated in the negative reviews, so that's good enough for me.
Damnit I just completed the penultimate level in Goldeneye on 007 difficulty.
I had forgotten how well it was designed. On 007 mode you can't just blast through the level so being more tactical it allowed me to appreciate the level design more.
The level has one really well designed set piece after the other, with really good level design. The first is this elaborate set of corridors and machines, then you emerge onto this multi leveled, almost wedding cake like design, making your way down. Then you go inside and there are these massive cylinders and rooms at the side you have to sneak through. Then a couple of rooms with things to destroy. You emerge out top and the complex is perfectly designed, although the rocket launcher guys reload a little too quickly to be sure.
Oh an Happy thanksgiving, settlers.
I've played a couple of hours of the PS3 version -- what are the complaints? There are longish load times before each level, but it doesn't load after that until the next level That was the only thing I noticed (oh and when you load they give you a mini-training thing to learn combos).
