robio said:Ahhhh Stan Lee you confused old man.... Stan usually tries to sue Marvel once every few years. He got a few million bucks the first time, but for some reason he keeps trying for more. I think the guy has a money problem. Aside from the constant lawsuits he's been showing up at comic conventions left and right over the past few years. Stan used to be a rare treat and he'd show up at maybe one or two cons a years. Now he'll show up at the opening of envelope and charges $80 for a picture.
That just pisses me off. Famous people charging for pictures. Motherfucker you are a muti millionare just smile for 3 seconds you rich asshole.

Is he still rich though? I thought he lost all his money with that failed company?
On the one hand, I'd think he' worth hundreds of millions. On the other hadn, why would he be charging? Either way it is really sad.

“Arrow’s” pilot is excellent, and the show looks like a good watch. Plus, it’ll be interesting to see just how far and for how long the producers can push the superhero angle without eventually introducing powers into the equation. Already, characters from the comic books like Deadshot, The Huntress, and China White are lining up to be introduced in future episodes. How much longer until people start dressing up in colorful costumes and running around doing silly “supervillain” stuff? One thing’s for sure: it looks like it’ll be fun to find out.
I thought Arrow was good when I saw it.
gamingeek said:Did you see Green Arrow in Smallville?
I need to watch Smallville but the only episodes they show through Syndication are Seasons 8-10.
I need to find another place to watch the other seasons.

Hawkman and Green Arrow were my favorite non superman people on the show, hawkman especially was awesome. The last couple seaons of the show were pretty awesome. I wish they had a bigger budget to do a big epic Darkseid fight like they wanted to but they did awesome with what they had I thought. Cool stuff.

They repeat it here on Syfy, all 10 seasons. It's a great series, you need to put up with the first 2 seasons freak of the week episodes and Lana Lane BS. Otherwise it gets into some great Superman material, very good series. Only thing that peed me off was that he didn't get into costume till the final episode.

I loved that episode where they met JSA members, it was penned by the comic writer, Geoff Johns. Love Hawkman. As a Justice League fan seeing this all come to life was so much fun.
I thought the last season was a bit patchy and didn't have as much focus as the Doomsday and Zod seasons. With Darkseid it kinda feels underplayed, they copped out in a way. I guess because I have watched animated Superman and Justice League I have seen EPIC Darkseid action.
Live Action GATCHAMAN (aka BATTLE OF THE PLANETS, G-FORCE) Hits Japanese Screens Summer 2013
Hong Kong Has Lost One of Its Best Screenwriters
Szeto Kam Yuen, one of Hong Kong's top screenwriters, has passed away. While his name may not be immediately recognizable to some of you, chances are that if you are a fan of HK cinema, you have seen and enjoyed many of his films.
He started his screenwriting career at a Hong Kong television station, and after writing the scripts for a number of very popular TV series, he entered the film industry. He collaborated regularly with Johnnie To and provided the screenplays for many Milkyway Image productions, including Too Many Ways To Be No. 1, The Longest Nite, Expect The Unexpected, A Hero Never Dies, Exiled, Accident and Motorway. Besides Accident and Motorway, he worked with director Cheang Po Soi on Dog Bite Dog and Shamo. He was also the screenwriter for two of Donnie Yen's most popular films, Sha Po Lang and Flash Point.
Mr. Szeto passed away on October 13. He was 48.
Shit, I saw most of these movies and they are good. Sad sad loss.

No.
The best character on the show.... Besides Doc Arzt.

Dvader said:SteelAttack said:Ok I started watching Lost. Is it wrong to have a mancrush on Sawyer?
No.
I saw Sawyer in MI4 last night. As soon as I saw him I was geeking out thinking, why can't he be the main character? But he dies in the first 2 minutes.
I don't recall any of the lost actors moving on to do anything else, at least as far as I remember. I liked a lot of the actors though so I would like to see them in other stuff.

They're all over the place. You probably mean you don't remember seeing them going on to do anything good.
Funnily enough, I just watched an episode of Person of Interest that featured two of them. Ben is one of the two main characters, and the I see dead people Asian guy was one of the main characters for the episode.

Here:
We really miss ABC’s hit show “LOST” and continue to cross our fingers that someday the cast will reunite once again! However, until that day arrives, we decided it would be fun to see where the “LOST” cast members are now! Check it out:
Jorge Garcia (Hugo ‘Hurley’ Reyes)
Jorge Garcia has guest starred on the hit TV show “How I Met Your Mother” and the brand new ABC comedy “Mr. Sunshine.” He is in a movie called “Maktub” set to release this year and another film called “When We Were Pirates,” which will arrive in 2012. Jorge is also currently filming for a new show called “Alcatraz,” set to premiere in 2013. Jorge’s face was also plastered on the cover of Weezer’s “Hurley” album (pictured left), named after Jorge’s character on “LOST.” Be sure to follow Jorge on his blog FurtherDispatches.wordpress.com.
Naveen Andrews (Sayid Jarrah)
Sadly Naveen Andrews does not have any current projects, however you’ll be happy to hear that he is back with his long-time girlfriend, actress Barbara Hershey.
Matthew Fox (Jack Shephard)
According to IMDB Matthew Fox has two projects in the works, “Mass Effect” (2012) and “Billy Smoke” (2014). However according to a recent interview Matthew has been offered numerous roles that he chooses to turn down because he hates acting and he hates the types of movies that are being made. In addition he has made very clear that he has no interest in acting in another TV show. Moving on…
Josh Holloway (James ‘Sawyer’ Ford)
While we wish Josh Holloway’s list of projects was longer we at least have one movie to share with you that the former “LOST” star is in – “Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol,” how exciting! The movie, which stars Tom Cruise, is set to release on December 16, 2011. We can’t wait to see Josh’s role in this film! Josh will also be starring on the season finale of the TV show “Community.”
Daniel Dae Kim (Jin Kwon)
Daniel Dae Kim was lucky enough to leave “LOST” and go to the TV show “Hawaii Five-0.” The show began airing in 2010 and is a remake that fans seem to really enjoy. Daniel also has another movie, “The Killing Game,” which is in post production and is expected to premiere sometime this year.
Yunjin Kim (Sun Kwon)
Yunjin Kim was in an international movie in 2010 titled “Heartbeat.” IMDB also lists a new movie “The Unconditional” that is currently in production. We’ll keep you posted with any new projects that Yunjin is a part of!
Evangeline Lilly (Kate Austen)
Evangeline Lilly stars in a new movie called “Real Steel,” which will release to theaters on October 7, 2011. Also, if you ever turn on your TV chances are you have seen Evangeline’s advertisement for L’Oreal Paris Healthy Look Creme Gloss Hair Color and L’Oreal Roll On True Match Foundation.
Terry O’Quinn (John Locke)
J.J. Abrams, one of the creators and producers of “LOST,” had been working on a new comedy/drama starring “LOST” actors Terry O’Quinn and Michael Emerson (Benjamin Linus). However, it has been announced that the show has sadly been pushed back. Good news for Terry though is that he will be starring in a new ABC series titled “Hallelujah,” in which he will be playing a corrupt millionaire. Terry also starred in a TV movie titled “Taken from Me: The Tiffany Rubin Story,” which aired on Lifetime this past January.
Emilie de Ravin (Claire Littleton)
Emilie de Ravin starred in the movie “Remember Me” alongside “Twilight” hunk Robert Pattinson. She also starred in the movie “The Chameleon,” which released in 2010. So far Emilie does not have any other projects listed on her IMDB page.
Michael Emerson (Ben Linus)
Michael Emerson is set to star alongside Terry O’Quinn in a new TV show from J.J. Abrams, however no date has been set for the show to begin filming. Michael has also been announced as one of the stars of a new show on CBS titled “Person of Interest,” in which he will play a mysterious billionaire. Michael also had a role in the TV documentary “The American Experience” and the TV movie “God in America.” He also guest starred on the show “Parenthood.”
Dominic Monaghan (Charlie Pace)
Dominic Monaghan starred in the ABC show “FlashForward,” which only lasted one season. He also stars in two new movies, “Soldiers of Fortune” and “The Day.”
Henry Ian Cusick (Desmond Hume)
Henry Ian Cusick guest starred on “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” and is set to star in a new ABC show “Damage Control.” We’ll keep you posted when we learn a premiere date for the show.
I saw Sayid in Sinbad, Desmond in Fringe, Sawyer in MI4, Daniel Dae Kim is in Hawaii Five-O, Locke also guest starred. Hurley was in Alcatraz. I saw Claire Littleton in Once Upon a Time as Belle. Ben Linus is the lead actor in Person of Interest.
