That's crazy. I'm getting MP4 immediately, Assassin's Creed for Christmas.
Octopath can wait for a price drop, because RE7, RE8 and RE9 are out end of January.
I won't be getting any of those immediately.
I'm playing The Plucky Squire and being happy that it's finally a game I can bother to keep playing. Maybe its jolly colourful disposition has something to do with it.
Also, the kids will probably get Pokémon Legends Z-A and the new Hyrule warriors for Saint Nikolas at the end of the week and while I have no interest in playing those games, that's enough new full-priced physical games for one week.
This weekend I’ve been hooked on BallXPit. Very neat game and quite addictive. Kind of like a Breakout style of game with some base building. Also watched WWE Survivor Series: War Games. Fun show.
I've been playing The Plucky Squire. For a game about breaking the 4th wall, there's a neat breaking of even more walls at some point through the game. Not sure how far along I am in the game. It feels like it could be nearing the end, but I think I've only been to about 60-75% of the map so far?
My weekend consisted of 90% MK World and 10% trying out Switch 1 upgraded games.
For some unknown reason, when I tried NSMB U Deluxe, I got hooked and played through the first two words on a new save yesterday. Think I'll do a full playthrough this month; it been awhile.
The New SMB series got a bad rap. I think. They were good games. They didn't hold up to the 8 and 16-bit Mario games, but they're still better than most platformers.

I enjoyed all of them. I hope they remaster the NSMB Wii, DS, and 3DS games someday.
Amazon sale: $39 USD for Samsung microSD Express Card – 256GB for Nintendo Switch 2.
I'm tempted to get one, but I don't know if I'll ever need it. I download all my Switch 1 games, and I still have over 100GB internal storage available. I don't plan to buy many third part games, just vintage games and collections.

Kind of tempted to get one myself as well. I mostly use my Switch 2 for Nintendo games which I get on physical format but this might be handy for dlc in the future and what not. Also storage devices like these and SSDs are most likely going to go up in prices due to the current AI rush. Might be nice to get just in case.
Just saw the 'deluxe' physical edition of The Plucky Squire in store for the sale price I paid fir the digital copy. 😐
Dammit!
It’s kind of funny. I notice that there’s a few games here that sell for $93.99 for the digital version on the Xbox and PlayStation storefronts while the physical version is priced at $89.99.
Metroid Prime 4
Assassin's Creed Shadows
All release this week on Switch 2.

To be fair, I doubt most people would notice it or care. I noticed it because I'm a nut, lol.

Buy the games you want and force them to play them.
You're doing it wrong.
Metroid Prime 4 and Octopath Traveler 0 are the two games I’ll be picking up next week. Can’t wait.

This weekend I played and finished Batman Arkham Knight
Anyone else get really tired playing games where you have to read a lot? I find myself falling asleep.
Sometimes. It mostly because I just lack time.

Walmart is currently selling the Switch 2 Mario Kart World bundle for $450.

You have a twisted sense of humour.
