Also would it be possible to have a button with a drop down for smileys?

Done and done.  A little overkill, but done.

You can now insert Youtube videos through the editor by clicking "Source" then pasting in the embed code.

On the post feed on the main page spoilers are not covered up. Case in point Agnates post in the Metroid thread. Anyway around that?

I have a suggestion. You know you can hide or vote down peoples individual posts?

What if there was an option where you could hide all the posts from one user? Say for instance there is a really annoying guy that Foolz hates, he can opt to hide all posts by that user from himself. Yet they would still be viewable to everyone else, obviously.

If Gamespot had this I would have been much happier.

You're not fooling anyone, GG.  You're just putting the Silence Iga button in different words!

I asked gamespot for an "Enemies List" option.  They laughed me off.

Oh yeah also, as well as the option to not read any of a particular persons posts, the option to hide all your posts from a particular person would be great too.

You know the old editor when you hit quote, it did the quote and took you to the bottom of the comment box with the cursor poised at the end to write your response? Could you do that with the new one?

I don't like your chances. ^

Yoda you know on the forum pages there is the individual forum tabs at the top of the page? Any chance of getting the two main forums links at the top of the GGWeekly page?

No, there isn't.  The dropdown menu optional setting is still in the books.

What about having links at the bottom as well so you don't always have to scroll up to go to the other places on the site.

Implemented reCaptcha to mitigate spam.  The influx was not unexpected; previously JavaScript was required for registration, which bots virtually never are implemented with.  I'm still rather impressed with the technology to register, and find the forums to post in a proprietary system.  Hats off to the spammers on that one.
