Those who can't enjoy the simple joys in life like hitting eachother on the head with a net in AC should really re-evaluate their priorities.

Personally I like a less cluttered town.  I prefer it over the heavily groomed ones.  Although I must admit I was contemplating on pulling some of the weeds yesterday.

I don't think you know what I'm talking about. Your town is great. I'm talking about towns where is still looks like you pitched your tent yesterday. Even though you've been playing for several months.

I have an awesome looking thunderstorm animated wallpaper. Looks very cool with falling rain and lightning.

Can I get one or is it Sahara?

Last night was awesome, you know at night the light from Able sisters window illuminated the single flower I put there but no others. I didn't even know there was a window there before. It looked magical.

I’m not sure, I’ll look into it. I’ll send you one if I can.

Sorry GG but it’s a no go on the wallpaper. I can’t purchase it in Nook Shopping. I must have gotten it from Sahara.

I have set up a botanical room in my house looks really cool but I could use some bamboo benches, which I don't have the recipe for. Need a recipe ideally. I have paid off basements for all 4 houses. I have the max number of inclines and bridges (had to demolish a couple) so essentially I have nothing to save for anymore. I maxed out nook Miles on the Stalk Market section.

I finally got a receipe for a decent looking bench.  My wife alerted me that Pashmina was crafting one in the family village.  It's a steel bench, which meshes very nicely with my green steel lightposts and telephone boot.

I find myself at a junction: do I develop my town further, laying down more paths, lighting and benches, or do I keep the rough unhewn character of the island?  I might develop the bottom left area, as it's close to the airport and main square, but I need to think about how I'll tackle it so that I don't have to move the 3 houses around that dot the area.

Finally got all the fossils and finished the fossil part of the museum. Surprised that there was no Nook Miles achievement thingy for doing that.

Saw the trailer. I actually wanted to scuba dive. Instead it's like surface swimming in a Zelda game. Still cool though.

Yeah, I was expecting scuba diving as well. Oh well still a fun new addition that I’m looking forward to.

I think we could swim in New leaf or something. Can't remember which game. My God Flick in the bug off. Why must we sit through reams of text just to sell bugs or initiate a new round? That's the one thing about AC that pisses me off. Especially the online. Talk to clerk 50 times just to see if someone somewhere has a gate open.

And even though I have a friends list with people all playing AC I can't even tell if they're online until we've randomly met up first and registered as besties, which is as hard as winning the lottery.

Yeah that’s one thing that is kind of grinding my gears with this game. I get that this is a laid back game and all but they could really cut back a bit on some of the repetitive unimportant text. Able doesn’t need to comment on me every time I enter the change room. The Nook brothers don’t have to remind me that they don’t buy turnips on Sunday especially if I don’t ask about them specifically. Bunch of other stuff that could probably be trimmed down or at least give us an option to turn them off.
