Should I be buying those recipe bundles in Nook’s Cranny daily to get more DIY recipes or are they a one and done purchase?

Whatever the new big fish is in the river can piss right off. I know at my age that my reflexes have slowed, but Jesus, I need more than .001 seconds to catch it.

it might be the latency on your TV. I got. New 4ktv and it was laggy and I kept missing fish. Not a problem when I played off screen. Or when you put the TV in game mode. I just close my eyes and listen for the plop sound of the fish.

As far as I know you just buy them once. Visiting other people is the best way to pick up spare recipes.

Ah, ok. I just bought the cheapest one but it said that I had already purchased the other two. I guess I just didn’t purchase that cheap one before.

The new update lets you send stuff back or sell it while remaining on a mystery island meaning that you can stay on the island and keep farming indefinitely. Sweet.

I catch fish by sound.  I find I'm faster to discern a nible for a bite when I just close my eyes and listen to the sound.

I do too, but I still haven't had any luck catching it.

you have to exert a bare minimum of pressure on the A button so it's partially pressed down but not enough to trigger the rod to be thrown. Last night I had a thunderstorm. It was fishing heaven. Bugs and Travos wife came over. I caught 3 Whale sharks, 2 great white sharks, a sawtooth shark, a hammerhead shark, a trevelly, a dorado, an eel and 2 Goliath beetles. Bugs caught 2 great whites, a whale shark, eel, sawtooth. Travos wife didn't nail any sharks but got a trevelly

Yeah I caught a bunch of new fish yesterday as well. Also CJ was there so I made a killing in bells selling them to him. Good stuff.

Wow the detail in this game. I just learned you can pull the drawstring on blinds inside your house to let in light or shut it out.

My favorites are:

I made a Viking outfit for my villager. He runs around bare-foot. The sound your bare feet make slapping against the ground is enirely different than when you wear shoes.

If you add another sound device in a room where you already have a record player/radio/stereo, the sound gets fuller and you hear more components of the song. Maybe this is common knowledge, but if you have a musical instrument in the same room as your music player, if you interact with it to the beat of the song, you will harmonize with whatever is playing...

I love the water floor that moves like water and makes splashing sounds when you run. And the animated wallpapers like cherry blossom trees with falling petals.

last night I randomly went to a Spanish town with Pepe and Oleh and they started talking to me in Spanish. For a minute I thought I had finally entered SteelAttacks Town. No such luck.

I find it hard to comprehend some random friends towns which are very bare boned and they just run around with axes or nets attacking each other. Occasionally they will marvel at spotting one blue flower. And I'm thinking if they visit my town they will be mind blown. I've managed to breed every flower. I need more Dark COSMOS and black and purple roses though. My favourite thing is when a new friend enters one of my constructed areas like the pool area or theme park areas.

Those who can't enjoy the simple joys in life like hitting eachother on the head with a net in AC should really re-evaluate their priorities.

Personally I like a less cluttered town.  I prefer it over the heavily groomed ones.  Although I must admit I was contemplating on pulling some of the weeds yesterday.
